Returns & Exchanges
- Purchases made during any ongoing sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For exchange requests, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Only unused, unworn, and unwashed products are eligible for exchange.
Shipping & Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of damaged or defective items, please email us within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will assess the issue and process an exchange (refunds are not available).
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted only if requested immediately after placing the order.
- Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation requests for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) are not accepted. However, a replacement can be arranged if the delivered product is damaged.
